bannanas.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when people eat bannanas. I hate the sound of smushy bannnana sloshing around ones mouth. It disgusts me. mluhpolwosholty <> thats the sound it makes..

Dream.

I woke up in shadows and pitch darkness; not a light flickered. It was draft and raw, and I could even see my own breath. There wasn't a sound to be heard. Usually when every thing is quiet there always seems to be that boom, click, clang or buzz, that ensures your hearing hasn't disappeared.

I picked myself up off the floor and began trembling around cautiously and curiously. In a vast distance, I could see a dim white light. I gathered speed and scrambled towards it. As I approached the glow, it looked as if the light was surrounding a door frame. Strangely enough, there was no door. I could walk through the frame, but just end up on the other side. I tried many different things including running and jumping at the frame, but nothing I tried seemed to work. I then got frustrated and pounded my fist three times as if there were a door there.

Well this is quit unusual. A sparkly silver door with a gleaming gold handle appeared inside the illuminating frame. Astonished, I twisted the handle and expected I'd already gone through enough trouble to see what was on the other side, but clearly enough I hadn't, for the door was locked. The key whole seemed to be made for a very large old fashioned key, and I had no idea where it could be found. It definatley would have taken hours and maybe months to search inside of this black whole, so I decided it would be effortless to scan myself first.

I looked for anything that might help me pick the lock, because I was positive that I hadn't had a key on me. Nope, nothing. No safety pins, no jewelery, and no hair clips. I miserably sat down getting ready for tears when I felt a gigantic lump placed in the back pocket of my jeans. I removed the heaviness out of my pocket and realized it to be a golden key hung by a beautiful silver chain. I inserted the key into the lock and turned it excitedly, hoping for no more tricks. There was a click, and I snatched the key out of its whole. I threw the chain around my neck and gently shoved open the door.

This place was breathtaking, extraordinary, miraculous. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was nothing like I'd ever seen before. Abruptly I heard the same noise my alarm clock makes, and everything expeditiously vanished away. My eyes opened bulky and I was broken up about how the exotic place I had seen was pretend, and it had all just been an oddly mysterious dream.

Santa

Dear Santa,
How are you this Christmas? And the elf, reindeer, and Mrs. Clause, how are they? I can’t wait for Christmas morning to open the gift you got me, I bet whatever it is the elf worked very hard! Make sure to tell them I said thanks. What kind of cookies would you like me to leave you this year? Maybe I’ll change it up this time. Peppermint white chocolate chip cookies sound like they’d be good. I bet you usually get the same old chocolate chip cookies one house after another. I can imagine that getting boring. I’ll be sure to leave you a nice cold glass of milk on the table beside the tree also. Ask the reindeer if they want celery or carrots this year, I’m undecided on what to feed them. Tell Dasher and Dancer, and Prancer and Vixen, Comet, Cupid and Donner and Blitzen, and Rudolph, I said hi and merry Christmas to them all too!

How To.

How to make cereal.

First things first, you need to get a bowl. If you don't have a bowl, you don't have anywhere to put your cereal. Open the cupboard and pick out the right bowl for your cereal. You may want a bowl that doesn't have a curved rim, or else it's hard to keep the cereal and milk from spilling out. Next pick out the cereal you would like to eat, it doesn't matter whether you put the milk or cereal in first, but personally, i think its much easier by putting the milk in last. Pour as much cereal into your bowl that you are going to eat and even it out so that the cereal doesn't overflow when the milk is poured in. Walk to the fridge, and open it up. Look for a white jug, and it's most likely the milk your looing for. Take the cap off of the milk, and slowly tilt the jug over the bowl of cereal; make sure the jug is not too high above the bowl, or else the liquid will splash off the food. Pour the milk up to where your cereal is and lift the jug back up straight. Turn the cap back on tightly and make sure you put the milk back in the fridge so it doesn't go warm. Get out a spoon from the silverware, and hold the long stick making sure your eat with the round cup on the end.

It deserves this mark because, I added a lot of detail, descriotion, and i took time writing it.

I want you to notice how much detail I put in.

African Child.

I don't go to school. I don't know how to read or write. I don't have time to play. I work all day, and walk fifteen miles to gather water for my family and I. I have no voice. I am an average African child.

I've been put through hard labour everyday of my life since the age of six, and since I'm a girl, it's very hard for me to get an education. I have three younger brothers and four younger sisters making me the oldest at thirteen. My mother is very sick and weak and she can hardly get out of bed, so as the oldest child in the family, I'm responsible for all of my younger sibling. My father passed away eight years ago from aids, and now our family needs him more then ever.

Our family feeds on rice I get from the market everyday for dinner and breakfast. I have to pay for our food by selling our chicken eggs from the few chickens we raise at home. My youngest sister, who is only three years old and still doesnt know how to walk yet, is strapped to my back all day to make sure she is always protected.

The water process I have to go through every two or three days is very long and tireing. My brother and I walk the fifteen miles just to get the water, and then we have to collect the fire wood to purify the water and make it safe for my family to drink. Atleast three times a month, someone in my family suffors from a water disease.

Angels and Demons.

It was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make, and I still had no idea what to choose. For several hours I was thinking about the pros and cons of each thing. I had these strange high voices in my head saying different things at once. I was so confused, but I knew I had to make my decision before it actually happened. As annoying as it was i constanly moaned and groaned at the though of what my decision would be .

HALLOWWEEEEEEN.

The streets are dark and the kids are out for this special night. The houses are spooky and decorated from top to bottom. Witches and clowns, and monsters and ghouls run from doorstop to doorstep only wanting sweets and treats. The wind whistles, the trees swish and doorbells ring. Theres a tap on a door and as it opens, voices say trick-or-treat loudly enough to echo through the neighbourhood. Of course its Halloween :)

Mineing Gone Wrong.

Its been a month already and im missing you more and more each day. It’s dark and cold and I want to come home. I cant handle being without you for any longer. Its lonely here, sure theres other guys, but we don’t get a long too well, especially with all the anger and depression going on. Were getting food, so no worry about that, and we get a lot of rest, but it can be hard, some of the other guys snore, but it is really stuffy in here. We have to sleep on the hard uncomfy floor, but im used to it now. My backs hurting, a lot, thats all. I wish I could sleep in an actual bed though, it would be nice. But enough about me, I know I’ll be fine as long as im thinking of you. I cant wait to get back home and hold you in my arms once again. I miss you.

The Best Breakfast.

As I sat down with my porcelain white plate in my hands, I took a minute to notice everything around me. The hotel buffet was crowded with so many happy children and families, the sun was shining through the glass window beside me, filling the room with warmth and light, and the aroma was heavenly, it smelt of every morning breakfast you could think of. I examined my plate for a minute, and slowly stabbed my clean silver fork into the soft baked hash browns; they tasted magnificent and in a couple minutes they were already gone. Lightly I set my fork down and picked up the crispy and wavy bacon, gently I put it too my mouth and bit; it was defiantly the best bacon I have ever tasted. I finished my three pieces of that, and then got excited. I couldn’t wait to eat the last part. On my plate, the only thing left was a fluffy toasted mouse head shaped golden waffle. On top it was drenched with thick sweet smelling maple syrup. A small cube of real butter was slowly melting over top of the hot food. Light creamy whipping cream surrounded the butter along with fresh strawberries that were carefully placed on top. It smelled dreamy, my mouth was watering, and I couldn’t wait to take the first bite. Carefully I cut the mouse’s ear off first, and stuffed the whole thing in my mouth. Chewing gleefully, I tasted a lot of vanilla, mmm, vanilla waffle. I swallowed the piece, and helplessly went for more, I couldn’t resist. I ate the rest of my breakfast quite ferociously, and wanted more, but I knew I couldn’t because I was too full already, but, it truly was, the best breakfast I had ever had !

Embarrasing Problem.

There once was a kid in middle school, named Danny, and he had a serious bad case of dandruff; dead, dry, white skin flakes clinged to his hair, and he couldn't do anything about it. He had dandruff, and everyone at school called him Dandruff Danny, and he was used to it. He didn't have any friends, because everyone was afraid that if they got too close to him, the dandruff would shed and cling to them. The only thing Danny liked about having dandruff, is that even all the bullies stayed away - far away. But, Danny was tired of not having any friends, no one even talked to him, just because he had dandruff.
It was making Danny very upset, so he decided to brainstorm ideas to get rid of his flakey scalp- he could shave off his hair, wear a wig, spend hours picking each piece of dead skin out, or just go on living the same way. None of the first three things appealed to him in any way. He loved his hair, with or without all that annoying and nasty dandruff. So, he decided he'd just go on with his usual life.
Then one day, he went to the grocery store with his mother. They were looking down the shampoo isle when suddenly, Danny came across "Head and Shoulders,I never knew you had dandruff." Danny knew it was worth a try, so he insisted on buying it, and surely, his mother loved that idea.
For two weeks straight Danny used the shampoo every morning and noticed a big difference in his hair. ALL HIS DANDRUFF DISSAPEARED! Everyone at school thought he was a completely different person-a new kid. Danny never told anyone that he wasn't new, he liked all the attention. He made tons of new friends, and he was never depressed, especially since the bullies didn't go near him, not becuase he had dandruff though, but because he was just too cool.

Describing.

The bright, big and colorful butterfly tattoo sat still on the back of the brave womans neck. Her hair gently twisted over top of it.

The old and wicked teacher, limped slowly across the busy street to get to the grocery store so she could buy some juicy and delicous apples.

The Most Delicious Desert.

I stared at the steaming chocolate dessert sitting on my clean white plate. It was delicatly covered in a warm chocolate syrup, with juicy bluberries garnished on the side. My mouth was watering as I scooped a piece up quickly with my fork. I held the fork up to my lips and slowly took the bite off. As I chewed I noticed how moist, chewy, and delicious this thing was. I reached my fork into the dessert for some more, but this time, not so slow. The bites were tasting better and better each time. The rich brown food made my stomach fill with warmth and chocolatey goodness. I took my last bite and savoured it as it melted in my mouth. The taste was almost addicting, but I was done now. This brownie, was the most delicious desert I have ever tasted.

Where Am I ?

Right now im sitting in a very sturdy green chair with an annoying rickidy desk right infront of me. Im in my classroom of Glenrosa Middle School which is located in the Glenrosa Community of Westbank, British Columbia. The Okananagan Lake Im seeing through the shiny glass window is as still as the dark mountains reflecting it, the trees beginning to go bare, as a sign of fall , the fresh air filled with white puffy clouds, and peeks of baby blue skies.
Beautiful British Columbia.

My Life with Eigth Arms.

If I had eight arms, my life would be totally different. I bet I would be great at typing, writing, sports that involve catching and throwing, playing instruments, and mostly, multitasking.
I wouldnt take so long getting ready in the mornings, I could be a really fast cook, I'd be the best dj, and i could do my homework and play videogeames, at the same time. If I babysat, there would probably be a lot less work for me, if the kids weren't freaked out. I'd be a lot faster at everything, and life would be a lot more simple, maybe.
Things that would suck; it would be harder getting changed, I'd have six more armpits to sweat from, and worst, my upper body would be way heavier then my lower meaning, it would be almost inpossible to walk straight.

I don't think eight arms would help with all my clutseness, so for that reason, Im perfectly satisfited with two arms.
